Who knows stress, even minor stress, can cause a relapse in M.E.? 3. Who knows the stress it takes to cause a relapse in M.E. is far less than the level of stress it can take to cause a relapse in M.S.? 4. Who knows that Any form of relapse in M.E. can leave your baseline permanently lower?

Our 3 Year Anniversary 1.15 (about us and this blog)

Our 3 was anniversary is almost upon us.

I have been trying to figure out what to say.

Then I found out it's world Thank you month. And I found that so very apt. Because we are so very grateful for you all.

We know we have been pretty much absent for the past year. And although we can't explain why, we know you of all people understand that sometimes, life gets in the way and it's all you can do to just breathe and get by.

We hope that one day we can get back to regular in depth posts about all manner of subjects to do with Life With M.E.

But until then, please know that we are so grateful for you all, for all the time we spend chatting with you in emails, texts or snail mail, and we are so grateful for all of your continued support.

Happy our 3 year anniversary.

And the biggest thank you to my beautiful best co-authoress Jodi! Your are so incredible. Love you more than you know. You inspire me more than almost anyone.
