Mothers day (occasions)

For those of us in the UK, Sunday is a special day- Mothers Day.

Being a parent is often the hardest thing in the world.

But being a mother who is ill, must be unimaginably difficult.

Our love goes out to all of you who are mothers, wonderful mothers, in spite of your failing health.

You are inspirational!

And to those of you who have mothers, mothers who see their child ill, our love goes out to you, and your mothers, too!

Best wishes, Much love and Blessings

My son has only known a Mum with ME,but inspite of all it's limitations he has grown up to be a kind and understanding person . When he was little he used to snuggle up to me on the couch or In my bed were ever I was resting. I would read to him lots of great stories and it made me feel that I was able to participate as a Mother. He is twelve now and is never without a book.Sometimes there can be positive outcomes in having to deal with this illness.
Happy Mothers Day to you all.
Jo

It's strange isn't it.....but I have found out that in life, happiness doesn't really come from where you expect it......in ill health there has proven to be a silver lining in it all - that I now have the time available for my family I used to crave. Reminds you of the REALLY important things in life :-)

Dearest lina. Thank you for sharing! I can't imagine how hard it must be. If you ever want to talk, feel free to email me, anytime for anything! But please know, that although feeling guilt is natural, you have absolutely nothing to feel guilty about. Just so you know! X x
